After successful payment, Kuralix will attempt to provision the purchased service within a reasonable period.

Provisioning times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Infrastructure capacity

  • Payment verification

  • Manual verification

  • Third-party providers

  • Hardware availability

  • Network conditions

  • Maintenance or technical issues

Payment does not guarantee immediate provisioning.

If a service cannot reasonably be provisioned, Kuralix may provide an alternative solution, replacement service, credit, or refund as appropriate.

6. Billing and Payments

Customers must provide accurate billing information.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, services are billed according to the selected billing period.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed before the applicable due date.

We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions.

Kuralix does not generally store complete payment-card information.

7. Recurring Services

Where recurring billing is supported, a service may automatically renew according to its selected billing cycle.

Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information where automatic renewal is enabled.

You may cancel recurring billing before the next renewal where cancellation functionality is available.

Cancellation of recurring billing does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

8. Expired Services

Kuralix may use automated systems to manage services that have reached their expiration date.

Depending on the product, an expired service may be:

  1. Marked as expired;

  2. Suspended;

  3. Prevented from accepting new connections;

  4. Disabled;

  5. Scheduled for deletion.

Customers are responsible for renewing services before expiration.

Kuralix may provide expiration warnings, but failure to receive a warning does not remove the customer's responsibility to maintain an active service.

9. Permanent or Lifetime Services

Where Kuralix offers a product described as Permanent, Lifetime, or similar terminology, the term refers to the service remaining active without a standard recurring expiration fee for the applicable product, subject to these Terms.

Permanent or lifetime access does not mean that the service is guaranteed to operate indefinitely regardless of circumstances.

Such services may be subject to:

  • Acceptable-use requirements

  • Infrastructure availability

  • Security restrictions

  • Legal requirements

  • Product discontinuation

  • Abuse prevention

  • Account termination for violations of these Terms

10. Refunds and Credits

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and the circumstances of the request.

Unless a specific product page, promotion, or written agreement states otherwise:

  • Payments for consumed service time may not be refundable.

  • Setup or provisioning fees may be non-refundable.

  • Domain registration fees may be non-refundable.

  • Dedicated hardware or specially provisioned services may be non-refundable.

  • Third-party fees may be non-refundable.

  • Abuse-related termination does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Where a refund is approved, it may be issued through the original payment method or another reasonable method determined by Kuralix.

Promotional credits, coupons, free trials, and bonus balances may have separate restrictions.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Kuralix support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Service termination

20. Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a specific backup service is explicitly included with their product.

No DDoS protection system can guarantee protection against every possible attack.

Kuralix may temporarily restrict network access, null-route an IP, suspend a service, or take other protective measures when an attack threatens our infrastructure or other customers.
